Bacca Fellowship Program

Bacca Faculty Fellows are a small cohort of faculty (all ranks eligible) who commit to trying new pedagogical methods or approaches consistent with the LAMP Strategic Priorities. After participating in a day-long pedagogy workshop in August, participants will design or revise a course, assignment, activity, or pedagogical approach. Fellows will have the opportunity to reflect upon what works, locate what could work better, and develop a dynamic plan to achieve their desired learning outcomes for their students. The year-long fellowship (August-May), includes meeting monthly with fellow participants as a faculty learning community (FLC) in the fall and individual consultations, class visits, and/or workshops in the spring. Bacca Faculty Fellows receive a stipend of $1500, payable into a research account in two installments (December and May).
